Eating Animals (Honolulu Premier)

Good Food Movement has partnered with Animal Liberation Oahu and the Honolulu Museum of Art to bring you this special screening of Eating Animals.

Eating Animals is a documentary based on the bestselling book by Jonathon Safran Foer, narrated and co-produced by Natalie Portman. It is an eye opening, thought provoking film that explores the environmental, health, and economic costs of factory farming. Eating Animals also offers practical solutions to the growing crises of animal agriculture, while inviting viewers to imagine and move toward a more ethical, sustainable future.

The event will be at the Doris Duke Theater on Saturday November 10.

Doors open at 6:30pm. Cost is $12 for the general public, $10 for HoMA members.

Come early to munch on yummy vegan samples from local companies. Q&A with panel to follow the film.

Additional screenings are on Sunday November 11 at 1pm, 4pm, and 7pm.
